Course design and learning materials development within the Southern African context

Are you involved in the challenging task of designing learning materials? Are you still excited about finding new ways of creating engaging text that achieves its purpose and stimulates learners to engage fully? This blog is for you and I hope to hear from you and share with you my current experiences and thinking. For the past 15 years I’ve been involved in designing and helping other design learning materials, and evaluating the finished products. The focus of my blog is on course design and learning materials development within the Southern African context. The central thrust in this blog is on finding innovative ways of overcoming huge obstacles to produce learning materials that will suit the specific contextual needs.
