This analysis aims to better inform this important aspect of OER Africa's work. With this in mind, this paper identifies the areas (domains) that OER Africa might initially target, outlines the context and criteria under which they might be considered for inclusion and makes recommendations regarding how OER Africa might proceed to incorporate them into its activities. more
