This CD sampler has been organised to provide you with supplementary resources to support the Pre-Clinical course and the Problem Based Learning (PBL) methodology it employs. The intention is that these materials will act as additional reading sources, can be used to illustrate your notes, presentations and demonstrations and it is also hoped that they might provide an alternative treatment to the content covered in your lectures and official textbooks.

The resources are of professional quality and have been compiled by some of the world's top medical academics practicing at a number of eminent institutions. In addition they have been copyrighted as Open Education Resources (OER) which allow you to use and distribute them at no cost as long as you observe the few rights the authors have reserved.

A rule of thumb is that you should attribute the source when you reuse the resources. Generally most authors have also requested that they not be used for commercial gain.
