Step 2. Own Experience

Think about the scenarios you were exposed to in step 1. Discuss the issues raised about Mrs ‘B’ in each scenario.  Perhaps as a group you can help clarify the terms you were unfamiliar with in the previous step. Work within your group and draw on everyone's experiences. Share what you know from your own work experiences as well as from the experiences of others.

Group Task

1] As a group consider the scenarios and discuss both the terminology used and all issues. You may have different views from your peers, but all ideas should be considered initially. Use the brainstorming technique to generate ideas. (Save this list for later use).
2] Identify a scribe in the group and write down a list of what it is you think are the issues pertaining to Mrs ‘B’ in each scenario. Reach a set of interim conclusions. (Save this list also).
3] Once your group has generated the lists proceed to the next step.
