**Tool / Process:** PD Funding Planning Matrix – adapted from AAU CPD 3C. Leaders use the matrix to identify internal and external funding avenues, assess existing support mechanisms (awards, grants, time credits), and plan next steps.

Guiding reflection:

- What funding models or incentives could be adapted from the “Sipping Point” example?
- What internal funds, awards, or research-linked opportunities already exist?
- How can PD funding be stabilised, diversified, and transparently managed?
- What immediate actions can leadership take to strengthen sustainable PD financing?
