This resource is a part of the Harvard Open Access project and can serve as a guide for those in the academia who wish to publish Open Access. Librarians can use the resource to update their knowledge about how Open Access works from the publishing perspective as well as the different options available for doing that.

**Ideas for CPD interventions**

The material could also be adapted by the CPD personnel to become a library guide specifically targeted at lecturers and researchers in various field within the institution who may be considering going the Open Access route.
