**Tool / Process:** Leadership Growth Reflection Framework – a structured reflective tool used alongside the Exploring Educational Leadership course. Leaders document insights, challenges, and examples of how their leadership behaviours impact staff development and institutional learning culture.

Guiding reflection:

- What leadership values and behaviours do I model that influence others’ engagement in professional learning?
- How can I apply new insights from this course to strengthen my support for teaching and learning PD?
- What changes in my leadership practice would signal genuine commitment to lifelong learning?
- How will I measure my growth as a learning leader?

**Outcome:** Encourages intentional self-development, reflective leadership practice, and stronger alignment between leaders’ personal growth and institutional PD strategies.
