Step 2. Own Experience

Think about the scenario you were exposed to in step 1. Perhaps you, or someone else, already knows what might be happening and also how to solve part of the problem? Perhaps they can help you clarify the terms you were unfamiliar with and explain what was happining in the photos and videos in the previous step. Work within your group and pool everyone's experiences. Share what you know from your own work experiences and learn to benefit from the experiences of others in your group.

Group Task

1] As a group consider the scenario and discuss both the terminology used and also the story being told in the photos. You may have different views from your peers, but all ideas should be considered initially. Use the brainstorming technique to generate ideas. (Save this list for later use).
2] Identify a scribe in the group and write down a list of what it is you think has happened to the women in the scenario, photos and videos. Reach a set of interim conclusions. (Save this list also).
3] Once your group has generated the list proceed to the next step.
