Activities:
Visit all the departments of MNH.
Describe the different tools used for collecting data
Note the different methods used and type of data collect.
Find out how competent midwives in data collection and in using the different tools and methods (if the methods and tools are different).
Interview the midwife on the benefits and challenges of collecting quality MNH data
Discuss with her the weaknesses of the tools and methods used
Observe the midwife’s technique of data collection.
