Tool / Process: Reflective Learning Culture Audit – a self-assessment for executive leaders to evaluate how effectively their institution fosters reflective practice and lifelong learning. Leaders complete the audit individually, then discuss findings collectively to identify enablers and gaps.

Guiding reflection:

  • Do leadership messages and policies explicitly promote continuous learning?
  • How are staff encouraged and supported to reflect on and improve their practice?
  • Are expectations for professional learning modelled and rewarded?
  • What incentives or structures sustain engagement in PD?
  • How is evidence of staff learning used to inform institutional goals?
