Guiding reflection:

  • Do current policies explicitly recognise and support professional development for teaching and learning?
  • How well are reward and recognition mechanisms aligned with PD outcomes?
  • Are implementation plans clear, resourced, and reviewed regularly?
  • What barriers or enablers exist in policy practice?
