Guiding reflection:
- Do current policies explicitly recognise and support professional development for teaching and learning?
- How well are reward and recognition mechanisms aligned with PD outcomes?
- Are implementation plans clear, resourced, and reviewed regularly?
- What barriers or enablers exist in policy practice?
